Lombardo Homes has a sincere commitment to workmanship, customer satisfaction and personalized hands-on approach. In addition to the 1-year Builders Limited Warranty, we also provide our customers a 10-year structural warranty and a 10-year basement waterproofing warranty. These warranties will provide you with peace of mind for years to come.
Our customer service starts early in the build process between our future homeowners and our On-site Construction Coordinators. This open line of communication builds a trusted rapport between our team and the future homeowner.
As our future homeowners approach closing, ProHome Michigan, an independent third party that has a 27-year track record of being the national leader in post warranty management, will provide the future homeowner the opportunity to become acquainted with their new home prior to moving in. A ProHome representative will provide you with a detailed demonstration of the completed home and reviews items covered by the warranty.
Once closing occurs, ProHome tracks, documents, and reports on every issue throughout the warranty period. ProHome will follow up with the homeowner approximately 30 days after Closing to address any concerns and again 11 months after closing they will follow up to handle any required warranty work, discuss issues and answer questions prior to the expiration of the one year warranty.
