Nearly 50 ago the Lombardo’s built its first single-family subdivision in the City of Warren and continued expanding primarily in
Macomb County becoming one of largest land development and building entity within the County.
Lombardo quickly expanded into land acquisition, land development, lot sales to other builders, purchasing developed lots from other developers and focusing on very unique markets, which have provided steady growth for nearly 50 years.
This diversity has become a very important part to our strength providing us the ability to service the ever-changing market.
In addition, a rental portfolio that includes apartments, manufactured home communities, single-family homes and office/commercial buildings further strengthens our foundation.
