Founded in 1961 by Cosimo Lombardo and Antoinette Moceri, Lombardo Homes is the largest privately held builder and most respected new home builder in Southeastern Michigan. Now with the second generation at the helm, the company is a service-focused operation dedicated to building quality homes in Michigan.
Keeping a Building Tradition in the Family
Considered a visionary in the building industry, the CEO and President, Anthony Lombardo, successfully assumed management of Lombardo Homes in 1988. During the years that followed, Anthony would not only rack up honors as the BIA Young Builder of the Year in 1998 and Crain’s Detroit Business “40 Under 40” honoree in 2002, but the company he heads would also claim the accolade of BIA Developer of the Year in 2007. Anthony’s brother, Sebastian manages construction and sales & marketing, while his sisters Anna Lisa and Cathy oversee office operations and property management, respectively.

Committed to Helping Others and Improving Our Communities
Lombardo Homes has donated over 200 acres of land for schools, fire stations, parks and farm preservation. They have also assisted Habitat for Humanity in Macomb County by donating materials and labor for the Realtor Build in 2005. In October 2006, Lombardo Homes helped to build a new home for the Gilliam family in Armada Township as part of ABC-TV’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. They are committed to giving back to the communities they build in, and are taking on the responsibility of making a difference in the building industry.
